Delivery is by Royal mail in the UK only. Please allow 28 days for deliveries but items normally in stock are usually delivered in the UK within 5 days.  For special orders and out of stock items these times may be longer.

Full payment must be included with order. Payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling via the secure Paypal service.

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, all goods are sold in good condition, if found to be faulty in reasonable use all items - except special orders - are returnable within 14 days if still in saleable condition and in the original packaging. The costs of delivering or mailing such returns are entirely the buyer’s responsibility and proof of posting should be obtained. Refunds will only be made via Paypal against the buyers original purchase details.  Refunds will not be made on special order items unless they are defective.
